New Delhi: 'Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse' has made its OTT premiere on Tuesday. The film will stream from August 8 on ZEE5 as part of the TVOD slate. Directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson, the animated film saw participations of actors like Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Brian Tyree Henry, , Luna Lauren Vélez, Jake Johnson, Jason Schwartzman, Issa Rae,  Daniel Kaluuya,Karan Soni, Shea Whigham, Greta Lee, Mahershala Ali among others.

In this highly-appreciated sequel, Miles  Morales meets with a team of Spider-People responsible for protecting the very existence of the Multiverse. 

'Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse' was produced by Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation with Marvel Entertainment, and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing. Like its predecessor, the film won critical acclaim with praise for stylized animation, visual style, story, action sequences, script and voice acting.

As per our in-house review, "Across the Spider-Verse also incorporates humour, which is mostly good, except for some cringe dialogues. One of the funniest dialogues is the one in which Miles tells Pavitr that he likes "Chai Tea", to which Spider-Man India replies that "chai" itself means "tea", so, "Chai Tea'' makes no sense because it would imply "Tea Tea". The movie's sequel, Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, will be released in 2024, so the world does not have to wait much to see what happens to Miles Morales, who is definitely one of the best Spider-Mans ever."
