New Delhi: Hollywood power couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are currently on the lookout for a new residence in New York. Interestingly, their search for a Big Apple abode comes after the couple's acquisition of a lavish mansion in Los Angeles, which once belonged to none other than Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal, the high-profile Indian couple. Jennifer and Ben reportedly bought the LA home from Isha-Anand back in June last year

About Jennifer Lopez-Ben Affleck's LA house
Nestled in the prestigious neighbourhood of Beverly Hills, the sprawling mansion reportedly spans an impressive 38,000 square feet, featuring opulent amenities fit for royalty. With 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, an indoor pickleball court, a fully equipped gym, luxurious spas, and an astounding 155-foot inground infinity pool, the property epitomises luxury living. Moreover, it boasts an outdoor kitchen and expansive lawns, perfect for entertaining guests and enjoying California's sunny weather.

Reports suggest that Lopez and Affleck shelled out over $61 million, approximately Rs 500 crore, for the property. Affleck had previously sold his Pacific Palisades residence for a hefty sum of $28.5 million in 2022, while Lopez parted ways with her Bel-Air property for $34 million just a few months prior.

Isha Ambani spent her pregnancy in the LA house
The mansion holds sentimental value for Isha Ambani, who spent a significant portion of her pregnancy there in 2022 before welcoming twins, Krishna and Aditya, in November of the same year. Isha exchanged vows with Anand Piramal, scion of the Piramal Group, in a grand ceremony in 2018. As a wedding gift, the couple received 'Guita', a magnificent sea-facing mansion in Mumbai worth a staggering Rs 1,000 crore, from Piramal's parents.

Moreover, the LA mansion has witnessed its fair share of celebrity gatherings, with Priyanka Chopra hosting a screening of the acclaimed Gujarati film 'Chello Show' there in January last year. This event preceded the Oscars, where 'Chello Show' was India's official submission for the Best International Film category.
