When Young Janhvi Kapoor Told Salman Khan That Her Parents' Are 'Match Made In Heaven', Watch Video

From Salman Khan's ‘10 Ka Dum’, a touching flashback video of Janhvi, Khushi, and their parents, Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, has gone viral.

The relationship of Sridevi and Boney Kapoor is seen by many as an example of a perfect marriage. Their love stayed strong even throughout their time together. We found an old video of a young Janhvi Kapoor declaring that her parents' marriage was a match made in heaven. Promoting Salman Khan's 2009 film ‘Wanted’—co-produced by Boney Kapoor and Sridevi—Salman’s show ‘10 Ka Dum’ was attended by Janhvi's parents. The footage shows Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s daughters Janhvi and Khushi in the audience. 

The video has Salman Khan questioning young Janhvi and Khushi, "Are marriages made in heaven?" Janhvi confidently took the microphone and said, "I know mom's and dad's was made in heaven." Salman was taken away by this gorgeous moment, while Boney Kapoor and Sridevi were giggling.

Boney Kapoor on Guiding Sridevi and Family Members in Their Careers

In a conversation with The New Indian Express, Boney Kapoor talked about his role in guiding his wife, Sridevi, and other family members in their careers. Reflecting on his contributions, the producer explained: "Maine har wo cheez ki hai jo mujhe theek lagti thi. I thought it was my job and my duty, and I did that thinking that I was doing it for myself. If I guided Anil, it was not just for him, it was for us. If I guided Sri, it was not just for her, it was for us.”

About Late Actress Sridevi

Sridevi, born on August 13, 1963, in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, was a legendary Indian actress who left an unforgettable impact on the film industry.

Starting her career as a child artist in the Tamil film ‘Thunaivan’ in 1969, Sridevi quickly became known for her talent and versatility. She acted in numerous Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada films.

In the late 1970s and 1980s, Sridevi transitioned to the Hindi film industry. She starred in hits like ‘Himmatwala’, ‘Mr. India’, ‘Chandni’, and ‘Mom’.

Just before Janhvi Kapoor’s first film Dhadak's release, Sridevi passed away. The nation and Sridevi's millions of fans across the world were shocked and saddened by her untimely death of the actress in Dubai in 2018.
