Singh also claimed that several members had resigned from the executive committee and alleged that show-cause notices were issued to those who opposed Dhillon and her group.
Eight executive committee members stepped down from their positions: Hemant Pandey, Mukesh Rishi, Sahila Chadha, Heta Parmar, Puneet Issar, Vindu Dara Singh, Vikas Verma and Deepak Parashar.

CINTAA Legal Counsel Clarifies Committee Status
Amid the controversy, CINTAA's legal counsel, advocate Suvigya Vidyarthi, said the association's executive committee had not been dissolved.

Poonam Dhillon Denies Allegations
Dhillon has rejected the allegations made against her and Kolhapure. Responding to the resignations, she described some of the claims as “vulgar” and “offensive”.
She alleged that the dispute followed failed attempts to control CINTAA members through the Cine Artistes’ Welfare Trust (CAWT). Dhillon also said the allegations and public statements had caused her considerable personal distress and indicated that defamation proceedings could have been considered.
The actress further disclosed that the prolonged dispute had affected her personally. She said she had considered stepping down from the CINTAA executive committee several times during the past year and a half, while stressing the importance of her self-respect and integrity after decades in the film industry.
