Parineeti Chopra Shares Pic With Raghav Chadha As They Visit Golden Temple Ahead Of Wedding

Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha were engaged on May 13 in New Delhi

New Delhi: Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha were in Amritsar to seek blessings at the Golden Temple before their wedding. The couple visited Shri Harmandir Sahib Temple weeks after the two were engaged in New Delhi. Parineeti Chopra shared a picture of her visit on Instagram along with a beautiful caption to compliment it.

Taking to her official Instagram handle, Parineeti shared a picture of her visit in which we see Parineeti in an off-white ethnic suit complimenting Raghav's outfit. The picture is taken against the backdrop of an evening at the Golden Temple. Parineeti captioned the picture, "My visit this time was even more special; with him by my side. 💕🙏✨."

Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha were engaged on May 13 in New Delhi. Their engagement ceremony was attended by their families and close friends amid a tight security setup in the presence of many political leaders. Priyanka Chopra, Parineeti's cousin and designer Manish Malhotra was also present at the engagement ceremony.

The couple had later shared pictures of their engagement ceremony on Instagram. Reportedly, a video of their engagement ceremony was also shared on Vimeo which was later taken down.

Announcing her engagement on social media, Parineeti wrote in the caption, “Everything I prayed for .. I said yes!”

Later, Raghav and Parineeti released a statement thanking everyone for their love and blessings and wrote, "Raghav and I are overwhelmed with the love and abundance of positivity we have received over the past few weeks, particularly on our engagement. We both come from different worlds, and it is amazing to know that our worlds also unite with our union. We have gained a bigger family than we could have ever imagined.”

Parineeti also added in the note, "We are so touched by everything we have read/seen and we cannot thank you all enough. We embark on this journey knowing that you all are standing with us. A special shout-out to our amazing friends in the media. Thank you for being there through the day and cheering for us.”

Meanwhile, Parineeti Chopra will next be seen in 'Chamkila' with Diljit Dosanjh. The film has been directed by Imtiaz Ali.
