Koffee With Karan Season 8: Vicky Kaushal Calls Wife Katrina Kaif 'Perfect Candidate For Reverse Psychology'

New Delhi: Karan Johar's chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’ is known for consistently surprising viewers with its insightful and entertaining conversation. On the most recent episode of KWK season 8, Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani discussed in-depth discussions about being married. Vicky said that his wife, actress Katrina Kaif is a perfect ideal candidate for reverse psychology.
As part of the "Koffee Shots" segment, host Karan Johar asked as to whether or not any of them had figured out how to manipulate their partners into doing what they wanted.
Vicky revealed the secret to reaching a consensus in the Kaushal household. Vicky said, “Katrina is a perfect candidate for reverse psychology. If I want her to agree on something, I have to wholeheartedly, with abundance agree to what she wants. And then she turns around and says, 'BTW I see the point in what you're saying', and then she comes around”.
When KJo posed the question about silent treatment with spouses. Vicky snatched the shot glass filled with coffee out of disbelief that Kiara had never once given Sid the silent treatment. The reason for this, he said, is that "For us, disagreement starts with a silent treatment."
Vicky also said on the show that he has always struggled to grasp the intricacies of art. The fact that Katrina made him realise this is, however, entirely unfortunate. "It was a process," he said, adding that such things are costly. “But then she made me ease into it and showed me a lot of things and then I genuinely got into it. Then we really got something that spoke to us. Now, that wall is my favourite wall of the house,” he said.
