Madhya Pradesh Exit Poll Results: Ahead of the results of the Madhya Pradesh election on December 3, ABP News-CVoter will bring you the exit poll results at 6.30 pm on Thursday. Madhya Pradesh, which voted in a single phase on November 17, witnessed a direct contest between the ruling Congress and the BJP, and it remains to be seen if the Congress can topple Shivraj Singh Chouhan-led government in the state.

Madhya Pradesh recorded a voter turnout of 71.11 per cent in the Assembly polls, which saw voting at 230 constituencies. In MP, around 5.6 crore registered voters lined up in 52 districts to seal the fate of  2,534 candidates in the polls. Of the total 5.6 crore registered voters in the state, 2.88 crore male voters, 2.72 female voters, and 1292 voters from the LGBTQ+ community exercised their franchise in the Friday polls. 

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has been fielded from Sehore seat in Budhni constituency while MP home minister Narottam Mishra has been nominated from the Datia seat.

The ABP-CVoter snap poll showed Congress is set to wrest power back from the BJP as it is likely to win 124 seats as compared to 114 in the last elections. The BJP, on the other hand, is likely to win around 105 seats. The range of seat projection for the Congress is seen to be 118 to 130, while for BJP it is 99 to 111.

The snap poll further projected the grand old party will bag 44.3 percent of the total votes, while BJP will get 42.1 percent of the total votes cast for the 230-member assembly. The vote percentage for BSP is seen to be 2.2 and other parties is likely to be somewhere around 11.4 percent.
