Prayagraj: In a bid to stop casting of fake votes under the veil by burqa-clad women, the Bharatiya Janata Party is preparing a women's brigade ahead of the Lok Sabha polls that would check the identity of such voters at the polling stations before they cast their vote. The party has devised the strategy to stop the bogus votes being polled by people under burqa in polling stations in Muslim majority areas.

The brigade, constitued by the BJP, will consist of women from the Muslim community who will be trained by the party's minority cell.

The women who will receive the training will work as agent on polling booths at the day of voting. This Muslim women brigade of BJP will identify suspicious women coming to polling centers and booths by removing their masks from their faces.

Along with this these women will match the voter ID card and other forms authorised by the Election Commission for voting so that opposition parties cannot conduct fake voting.
