New Delhi: Congress President Rahul Gandhi welcomed the order of floor test in the Karnataka Assembly by the Supreme Court saying it vindicated the Congress' stand that Governor Vajubhai Vala acted unconstitutionally. In a scathing attack through his tweet, Rahul said , "The BJP’s bluff that it will form the Govt., even without the numbers, has been called out by the court." He said the apex court has "legally stopped" the functioning of the Karnataka government till floor test is conducted. Expressing his premonition, Rahul said the BJP will now try to poach his and JDS MLAs to prove majority in the floor by using "money & muscle to steal the mandate."

Yeddyurappa, however, said he is confidence of proving a full majority in the House on Saturday. "Will discuss with Chief secretary and call for assembly session tomorrow. We are 100% confident that we will prove full majority," Yeddyurappa said.
