AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal said the party accepts the defeat.

Delhi Election Result: AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal said the party accepts the defeat and it will be a good opposition in the new government.
Today, the election results for Delhi have been announced, and we humbly accept the decision of the people with utmost respect. The people's verdict is paramount. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the Bharatiya Janata Party on their victory, and I hope that they fulfill the expectations and aspirations with which the people have given them the mandate," he said in a video message.
He said the people of Delhi entrusted AAP with the opportunity to serve for the last ten years. "We worked extensively in various areas—education, healthcare, water, electricity, and infrastructure—striving to bring relief and improvement to people’s lives. Now that the people have made their decision, we will not only play the role of constructive opposition but also continue to serve society. We will stand with people in their times of joy and sorrow, offering individual help whenever needed," Kejriwal said.
The AAP supremo said the party did not enter politics for power. "We see politics as a medium to serve the people, to be there for them in their struggles. We will continue this work, and we remain committed to being there for the people,"he further said.
Kejriwal also thanked Aam Aadmi Party workers for working tirelessly and fighting the election with full dedication and enthusiasm.
