CBSE 10th Result: Vanisha Tops 10th Class Within 10 Days Of Losing Her Parents Due To Covid-19

CBSE 10th Result: Vanisha has secured 99.8 per cent marks in CBSE 10th examination. Vanisha says she struggled to see her younger brother.

CBSE 10th Result: When Vanisha Pathak's parents from Bhopal passed away because of the coronavirus, people sympathized with her and wondered if she would be able to take the 10th exam. But Vanisha not only appeared for the exam but also topped the city with the highest marks.

Vanisha, who has secured 99.8 percent in the CBSE Class X examination, is the topper of the city along with two more children. Vanisha secured 100 marks in CBSE Class X English, Sanskrit, Science, Social Science exams and 97 in Mathematics.

Parents not together to share happy moments
This is an incredible achievement for any student, but perhaps not for the 16-year-old who lost her parents in Corona two months ago. Vanisha has fulfilled the promise made to her parents but they are not with her today to share this happy moment.

Who expected that Vanisha, who lost her parents two months back, would become the topper of the city. She says that she struggled after seeing her younger brother. Vanisha said, 'The memory of my parents clearly inspired me and will inspire me for the rest of my life. But her brother is the biggest source of inspiration right now. My younger brother looks at him and feels that he has only me. An example was to be given for him that he should look at me and say that I want to be like you did."

The insistence on fulfilling the last wish of the parents
Vanisha's father Jitendra Kumar Pathak was a financial advisor and her mother Dr. Seema Pathak was a teacher in a government school. Vanisha last saw both of them going to the hospital. Vanisha's mother died in the hospital on 4 May and her father died on 15 May. Now there is an insistence on fulfilling their last wish. Vanisha's brother Vivaan says, 'I have to bring only 100, more than didi, I like cricket very much.'

Vanisha with her brother lives with her maternal uncle Dr. Ashok Kumar, who is a professor in Government MVM College, Bhopal. Maternal uncle Dr. Ashok Kumar says, "Vanisha is a fighter. Vanisha's achievement is also special because she was going through the shock and pain of losing her parents when her friends were preparing for the exam."
