PM Modi To Distribute More Than 70,000 Appointment Letters Tomorrow

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute over 70,000 appointment letters to newly selected candidates tomorrow.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute more than 70,000 appointment letters to newly recruited individuals through a virtual ceremony starting at 10:30 AM on July 22, 2023. The appointment letters will be granted to candidates who have been selected to join various Ministries/Departments in both the Central Government and State Governments/UTs. The recruitment process has been carried out diligently across different sectors, including Department of Revenue, Department of Financial Services, Department of Posts, Department of School Education, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Public Sector Undertakings, Department of Water resources, Department of Personnel & Training, and Ministry of Home Affairs, among others.

The Rozgar Mela will take place simultaneously at 44 locations across the country, reflecting the government's commitment to promoting employment generation. This initiative is a crucial step towards empowering the youth and encouraging their active participation in national development.

Furthermore, the new recruits will have the opportunity to enhance their skills through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online module available on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. This platform offers access to more than 580 e-learning courses, making learning convenient and accessible on various devices.

Prime Minister Modi will address the appointees during the event, inspiring them to contribute effectively to the nation's growth and development. The Rozgar Mela is anticipated to act as a catalyst for further employment generation, paving the way for a more prosperous and empowered workforce.

Earlier on 13 June, Prime Minister distributed 70,000 appointment letters to newly inducted recruits in various government departments via video conferencing in a Rogar Mela.

PM Modi said, "More than 70,000 youth have been given appointment letters today. The 'Rozgar Mela' has become a new identity of the NDA-BJP government."

"This is a very crucial period for those stepping into governmental roles as 'Azadi Ka Amrit Kaal' has started, where the new appointees will carry the goal of making India into a developed country in the next 25 years," Modi added.
