Lucknow PGI Jobs: More Than 800 Posts To Be Filled Up In Lucknow PGI, Know Details

There will soon be a new employment opportunity for the youth of Uttar Pradesh. The PGI will begin recruitments next month in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. According to media reports, recruitment will be held for more than 800 posts in SGPGI Lucknow. The government has approved filling up of vacant posts in PGI. Online applications for these posts will begin soon. It is expected that the institute will release the advertisement for this recruitment next month.

Selection will be on the basis of written test –

It is also important to mention here that selection to these posts of SGPGI will be on the basis of a written test. As per the process, recruitment will be done for the posts of nurse, technician, clerical cadre, social worker, storekeeper, and receptionist. According to the information received so far, the maximum number of posts are of nurses, numbering 650.

What did the officials say?

In this regard, Dr. R K Dhiman, Director, PGI Lucknow, said that the approval for recruitment to more than 800 posts has been given by the administration. Selection for these posts will be done according to each cadre. An advertisement in this regard will be taken out next month after a decision is made, about several basic parameters like qualifications required for various posts.

Recruitment not done for many years –

Recruitment has not been conducted in PGI Lucknow for quite some time. Recruitment was last held in the year 2019. Not only this, an application fee of Rs 500 was charged for these recruitments, and the matter is pending to date. Neither did these recruitments happen nor was the fee refunded.
