ITBP Recruitment 2019: 121 Constable Posts under Sports Quota, Registration begins 22nd April 2019

ITBP aims to fill a total of 121 vacancies of Non-Gazetted and Non-Ministerial Constable (General Duty) posts against the Sports Quota.

ITBP Recruitment Alert 2019: The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has released a notification in the employment news inviting online applications from meritorious sportspersons for the post of Constable (General Duty). ITBP aims to fill a total of 121 vacancies of Non-Gazetted and Non-Ministerial Constable (General Duty) posts against the Sports Quota. The online application process for this recruitment drive is scheduled to begin next week on Monday, 22nd April 2019 and candidates will be able to submit online applications till Friday, 21st June 2019. Important Dates: Start date of application – Monday, 22nd April 2019 Close date of application – Friday, 21st June 2019 Eligibility Criteria: The applicant must have successfully passed Matriculation examination (Class 10th) or its equivalent from a recognized board. The applicants must fulfil the Sports Qualification as stated in the official advertisement i.e. “Players who have participated or won medal (s) in the level of competition given at Para 4 (b) of this advertisement from 01/01/2017 till 21/06/2019 will only be considered.” Age Limit: The applicant must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 23 years as on 21st June 2019. Age relaxation rules apply as given in the official advertisement. Selection Process: The online applications submitted by the candidates will be scrutinized. Online Admit Cards will be issued to the candidates whose online applications are found eligible in order to appear in the recruitment process i.e. Document Verification (DV), Physical Standard Test (PST) and Detailed Medical Examination. Pay Scale: The selected candidates will be placed in the Level 3 of the revised pay matrix with a monthly pay of Rs.21,700/-
