The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow successfully completed its summer placement process for the 2024-2026 batch, securing 576 offers for its 40th batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) students and the 21st batch of Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) students.
This year, the average stipend offered was Rs 1.43 lakhs per month, with the median stipend at Rs 1.50 lakhs per month. The highest domestic stipend reached Rs 3.95 lakhs per month, while international offers topped Rs 1.75 lakhs per month—demonstrating the institute’s strong global reputation and the high demand for its graduates.

The 2024-2026 batch at IIM Lucknow features a diverse mix of 234 freshers and 342 students with significant prior work experience across sectors. This blend of talent helped students secure roles across industries such as Consulting, Finance, General Management, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and E-Commerce.

Several new recruiters joined this year’s placement drive, including Arcesium, Barclays, Bank of New York Mellon, eBay, Essar, GMR Group, Paytm Money, and Virtusa, offering a mix of domestic and international roles. Long-standing recruiters like Accenture, Amazon, Bain & Company, McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, and HUL also continued to show their trust in IIM Lucknow students.
To adapt to changing times, IIM Lucknow adopted a hybrid placement model, offering both online and offline options to ensure flexibility and convenience for students and recruiters, making the process inclusive and efficient for all parties involved.
