ICMR Delhi Recruitment 2018-19 notification to fill 27 Scientist ‘C’ vacancies has been released by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) on its official website – icmr.nic.in. ICMR is inviting applications for this direct recruitment drive from male and female candidates (excluding PWD category individuals) to fill 12 Medical and 15 Non-Medical Scientist C posts at Indian Council of Medical Research and its various Institutes/ Centres, located across the country. The selected candidates will be required to coordinate, conduct and plan extramural and intramural research activities in different areas of Health Research undertaken by ICMR and Institutes that come under its purview, apart from other general duties. The application format is available on the official website, which interested candidates must download and send at ICMR Head Quarters in New Delhi on or before 11th January 2019. Eligibility Criteria: Academic Qualifications: The applicant must possess Post graduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) with one year R&D/teaching experience or Postgraduate diploma in medical subjects with two years R&D/teaching experience in the required subject from recognized university or S/he must be an MBBS degree recognized by MCI or equivalent degree from recognized University with 4 years R&D/Teaching experience in the required subject after MBBS Degree or BDS/B.V.Sc& AH degree recognized by DCI/VCI with 5 years R&D/Teaching experience in the relevant subject after BDS/B.V.Sc Degree or The applicant must possess B.Tech degree in relevant Engineering subject with six years R&D/Teaching experience in the relevant subject after B.Tech degree or First class Master’s degree in the relevant subjects from a recognized university with 4 years R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject after 1st Class Master’s Degree. or Second class M.Sc + Ph.D degree in the relevant subject from a recognized University with 4 years R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject after M.Sc + Ph.D. Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools /Data Management is highly desirable.
