AILET 2024: LLM Round-1 Seat Allotment Result Released On nationallawuniversitydelhi.in

Candidates who have been allotted seats in the provisional merit list will be required to confirm their seats by paying their fees by January 3, 2023.

The National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) has released the AILET 2024 Round-1 Seat Allotment Result for LLM programmes today, December 28, 2023. Candidates who participated in the AILET Counselling 2024 for LLM can check their first provisional admission list now on the official website - Registered candidates will be required to login to the official website using their credentials like registration number and password to check their merit lists. 

Candidates may further note that those candidates who will be alloted seats in the LLM Round-1 merit list today will be required to confirm their seats till January 3, 202, by paying a fee of Rs 50,000. The seats of candidates who fail to confirm their seats before the stipulated date shall be transferred to another eligible candidate. 

Notably, the NLU Delhi conducted the AILET 2024 Exam on December 10, 2023, at 50 exam centres in 35 cities across the country. For the B.A LLB programme, a total of 18,044 candidates registered for the programme out of which 17,174 appeared for the exam while 1,457 candidates appeared for the LLM programme among the 1,866 registered for the AILET 2024 Exam. The exam was conducted to shortlist students for admissions into its five-year BA LLB (Hons), LLM and PhD programmes, starting 2024. Notably, the NLU Delhi doesn't accept CLAT (Common Law Aptitude Test) scores for admission.

After the conduct of the exam, the NLU Delhi released the AILET 2024 Provisional Answer Key on December 12, 2023, while the AILET 2024 Result and Final Answer Key were released on December 13, 2023. While other NLUs (National Law Universities) offer admissions into their undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes through the CLAT (Common Law Aptitude Test), this is not the case with NLU Delhi, which conducts its own annual national-level entrance exam to shortlist candidates for admission into its degree programs.
