Delhi MCD Polls 2022: Kirari Assembly Constituency Wards After Delimitation — Check Details

Delhi MCD Election 2022: Civic polls are scheduled in Delhi on December 4 to elect 250 councillors of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Votes will be counted and results will be declared on December 7.

MCD Election 2022 Live: Delhi State Election Commissioner (SEC) Vijay Dev on November 4 announced dates for the long-due Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) polls. Delhi State Election Commission announced that voting for unified three municipal corporations - East Delhi Municipal Corporation, South Delhi Municipal Corporation and North Delhi Municipal Corporation - into one MCD will be held on December 4. Counting of the votes will be held on December 7 and the results will be announced the same day.

In the Kirari Delhi assembly constituency, there are a total of five wards to go under poll in the 2022 MCD election. The names of the five wards of the Kirari assembly constituency are Kirari, Prem Nagar, Mubarikpur, Nithari and Aman Vihar.

1. Kirari: In the Kirari Delhi assembly constituency, Kirari is ward number thirty-seven in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 57,703. The Kirari (Ward 37) MCD seat is unreserved.

2. Prem Nagar: In the Kirari Delhi assembly constituency, Prem Nagar is ward number thirty-eight in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 63,337. The Prem Nagar (Ward 38) MCD seat is reserved for women.

3. Mubarikpur: In the Kirari Delhi assembly constituency, Mubarikpur is ward number thirty-nine in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 81,734. The Mubarikpur (Ward 39) MCD seat is unreserved.
