Instead of the social and vibrant lifestyle he had envisioned—one filled with after-work meetups, new friendships, and skill-building side projects—Chintamneedi has found himself working 50 to 60 hours a week, often waking up at 3 am for early shifts, and spending most weekends at work.

On the few days he does get off, exhaustion often keeps him from doing anything meaningful. “I found myself lying in bed doomscrolling on Instagram,” he admitted, noting that the physical fatigue also came with a sense of isolation and emotional fatigue, especially being far from friends and family.
