Mahindra XUV700 Becomes More Accessible With Price Reduction

While many automobile manufacturers are announcing price hikes set to take effect next month, Mahindra stands out by lowering the prices of its popular SUV, the XUV700. This update comes shortly after the brand launched the Ebony Edition in the XUV700 range.
The Mahindra XUV700 is now more affordable by up to Rs. 75,000 for the AX7L Petrol AT 7S, AX7L Diesel MT 7S, and AX7L Diesel AT 7S variants. Additionally, the AX7 Petrol AT 7S and AX7 Diesel AT 7S variants have received a price reduction of Rs. 45,000 each.
Earlier this week, Mahindra launched the XUV700 Ebony Edition, with prices starting at Rs. 19.64 lakh (ex-showroom). Available exclusively in the top-end AX7 and AX7L variants, this special edition features a new paint option, blacked-out accents, 18-inch black alloy wheels, a black and beige interior theme, and dark chrome inserts. Mahindra XUV700: Engine and Powertrain
The Mahindra XUV700 is available with two engine options: the 2.0L mStallion Turbo Petrol with Direct Injection (TGDi) and the 2.2L mHawk Turbo Diesel with CRDe. The turbo petrol engine delivers a peak power output of 197 HP and 380 Nm of torque. The turbo diesel engine, on the other hand, produces 152 HP and 360 Nm for the MX variants, and 182 HP and 420 Nm for the AX variants.
Mahindra XUV700: Features
The Mahindra XUV700 is equipped with a host of advanced features, including a 26.03 cm infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a rotary knob for infotainment controls, a Sony 12-speaker audio system, reverse camera with park assist, electronic parking brake, 360-degree camera setup, and a driver drowsiness alert, among others.
Mahindra XUV700: Prices
According to the Mahindra website, the XUV700 is priced from Rs. 19.49 lakh (ex-showroom) for the AX7 variant, with prices going up to Rs. 24.99 lakh for the AX7 L diesel AT variant.
Additionally, Mahindra launched the XUV700 Ebony Edition, which boasts an all-black theme with features such as 18-inch black alloy wheels, blacked-out ORVMs, black leather upholstery, a black grille, and more. The XUV700 Ebony Edition starts at Rs. 19.64 lakh (ex-showroom).
