Registration For DDA Housing Scheme 2023 Opens Today, Over 5,500 Flats Available. Here's How To Apply

According to the DDA notification, approximately 5,500 flats in 1,2, and 3 BHK categories are available in areas like Rohini, Dwarka, Loknayak Puram, Jasola, Narela, and Sirsapur

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to begin the online registration process for 5,500 flats in Delhi on Friday, as part of its FCFS Phase IV of the housing program. The online registration for DDA Housing Scheme 2023 will commence on Friday at 5 pm. According to the DDA notification, approximately 5,500 flats in 1,2, and 3 BHK categories are available in areas like Rohini, Dwarka, Loknayak Puram, Jasola, Narela, and Sirsapur. The registration period will remain open until 10 July. The booking of flats will be available starting from 5 pm on 10 July.

As per the notification, only 1-BHK units are available in Rohini, Loknatak Puran, and Sirsapur. There are 1704 units available in Rohini, 140 in Loknatak Puran, and 126 in Loknatak Puran. Dwarka offers only 50 units for sale, each with two bedrooms. There are 41 3BHK units available in Jasola. Narela has 3562 units offered in 1, 2, and 3 BHK configurations.

Cost Of Flats

The DDA Housing Scheme 2023 is offering a range of flats with varying prices in different locations. In Rohini, the tentative prices for 1 BHK flats range from Rs 14.01 lakh to Rs 14.24 lakh, with an area of 33.29-33.85 square meters. Loknayak Puram presents 1 BHK flats priced between Rs 26.98 lakh and Rs 28.47 lakh, covering an area of 42-44.46 square meters. Sirsapur offers 1 BHK flats with tentative prices ranging from Rs 17.41 lakh to Rs 17.71 lakh and an area of 35.76-36.79 square meters.

In Dwarka, the scheme includes 2 BHK flats priced between Rs 1.25 crore and Rs 1.35 crore, while 3 BHK flats range from Rs 2.08 crore to Rs 2.18 crore. Jasola Vihar features 3 BHK flats with prices falling within the range of Rs 2.08 crore to Rs 2.18 crore.

In Narela, 1 BHK flats are priced between Rs 9.89 lakh and Rs 12.54 lakh, 2 BHK flats range from Rs 13.69 lakh to Rs 23.19 lakh, and 3 BHK flats start from over Rs 1 crore.

Additionally, the DDA Housing Scheme includes MIG flats in Dwarka priced between Rs 1.25 crore and Rs 1.35 crore, while LIG flats in Narela and Rohini are priced at Rs 15 lakh. LIG flats in Sirsapur cost Rs 17 lakh, and LIG flats in Loknayak Puram are priced at Rs 30 lakh.

How To Apply

Interested persons have to visit the official website of DDA i.e., dda.gov.in/eservices.dda.org.in, and have to create login credentials using PAN and other details and thereafter login with the same and register themselves for FCFS Phase IV by paying a sum of Rs. 1180/- (Rs. 1000/- towards registration charges and Rs 180/- as GST on the same).

Fill out the online application form and upload the required information. Pay the application fees and once done, save the application number for future use.
