Adani Total Gas, Jio-bp Partner To Expand Fuel Retail Network

Adani Total Gas and Jio-bp on Wednesday announced a strategic partnership to jointly offer a broader range of fuel options at their respective outlets, aimed at enhancing the auto fuel retail landscape in India. The collaboration seeks to combine the liquid fuel expertise of Jio-bp with Adani Total Gas’ established presence in the compressed natural gas (CNG) space.
According to a joint statement issued by the two companies, select Adani Total Gas outlets will begin retailing Jio-bp’s high-performance petrol and diesel, while Jio-bp fuel stations will be equipped with Adani Total Gas' CNG dispensing infrastructure within authorized geographical areas.
The alliance aims to deliver an enhanced customer experience by integrating offerings at fuel outlets across the country. This includes an expansion of access to high-quality fuels and a push towards cleaner mobility solutions.

Echoing this sentiment, Suresh P Manglani, Executive Director and CEO of Adani Total Gas Ltd., added, “It is our shared vision to provide complete range of high-quality fuels at our outlets. This partnership will enable us to leverage each other's infrastructure, thus enhancing customer experience and offerings.”
Network Synergy And Sustainability Goals
Currently, Adani Total Gas operates a network of 650 CNG stations and is also involved in offering Compressed Biogas (CBG), electric vehicle (EV) charging, and LNG solutions for transport. Jio-bp, a joint venture between Reliance Industries and bp, has a footprint of over 2,000 fuel retail outlets and is active in alternative fuels and mobility services.
The partnership extends to both existing and future fuel stations operated by the two companies. The integration of services is expected to streamline operations and deliver a more comprehensive set of fueling options to consumers, supporting India's broader shift toward energy efficiency and sustainability.
This alliance marks a significant milestone in the fuel retail sector and reflects a shared commitment to innovation, customer service, and environmentally responsible growth.
