Tata Harrier EV Vs Harrier Design Differences

Tata Motors has finally brought its Harrier in its EV avatar and here let us talk about the design differences between its ICE sibling. Styling wise, the dimensions are more or less the same but the front end has differences where the Harrier EV has a different grille with a blanked off look, different coloured skid plate and more body coloured elements as well. The connected lighting elements remain the same though as on the facelift Harrier ICE.

The alloys are set of aero optimised wheels on the Harrier EV and are different from the Harrier ICE while the Harrier EV wheels also have a dual tone look. The rear too broadly carries the same design but there are minor tweaks while there are new colour options as well. Compared to the ICE, the EV version has some subtle differences which just about marks it out as the electric Harrier.

The interiors will also get a 12.3-inch touchscreen while the colour is different with a distinct lighter upholstery being used. The digital cluster and the main screen are similar to the Harrier ICE but the Harrier EV will have different menus and screens as well. Where the Harrier EV scores is the slightly more futuristic look with the EV design cues while it has more features as well. The Harrier EV is based on the Gen 2 acti.ev platform which is modified from the current ICE Harrier platform and will get an AWD dual motor layout configuration as well which is new for the Harrier as for the first time, AWD is being offered.
