The styling is similar to the Monte Carlo with numerous blackened elements like black alloy wheels, blackened grille, ORVMs, roof rails and the window line. The Kushaq Sportline has 17-inch black alloys and more black at the side. There is of course Sportline badging on the two cars. Compared to the Monte Carlo, the Sportline trim has a lighter beige and black upholstery on the inside.

Both of these two Sportline trims are based on the mid spec variant which means the digital display or the ventilated seats are missing but these cars do get features like a single pane sunroof, LED headlamps, a 10 inch touchscreen and 6 airbags etc. There are, however, aluminium pedals on both the cars, similar to the Monte Carlo. Both the Kushaq and the Slavia Sportline have three powertrain combinations on offer.

This includes the 1.0 TSI manual with 115bhp and a 1.0 TSI with the 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. There is also the flagship 1.5 TSI which only comes with a 7-speed DSG automatic as no manual gearbox is present.

The Kushaq Sportline is more expensive vs its mid spec trim over the Slavia Sportline. This new variant has been to expand the Slavia and the Kushaq range by cosmetically offering the same looks as the Monte Carlo but at a lower price.
