Hero Glamour Xtec Launches With Advanced Navigation Features - Check Specs, Price & More

Hero MotoCorp has introduced 2 variants of Glamour Xtec with visual enhancements and more advanced features. The drum brake variant costs Rs 78,900 and the disc brake costs Rs 83,500.

Hero Glamour Xtec Launch: The country's leading two-wheeler company Hero MotoCorp has launched its bike Glamour Xtec in the market with many highly advanced features. This bike was introduced in the market yesterday with advanced navigation features. The company has launched it in 2 variants, namely drum brake and disc brake. While the previous model of Glamour bike gave a mileage of 70 kmpl, the company claims that the mileage will increase by 7% in the new model. 

According to the company, Glamour Xtec is equipped with a 125cc engine capacity and XSens Programmed Fuel Injection. The engine is capable of pumping out 10.7 bhp power and torque of 10.6 Nm. Also, this engine is equipped with Auto Cell technology. The price of its drum brake variant has been priced at Rs 78,900 and disc brake variant at Rs 83,500. Google Map connectivity available with call and SMS alerts 

Hero MotoCorp has added several advanced navigation features to the new Glamour Xtec. The bike also gets Google Map connectivity along with call and SMS alerts. Apart from this, it also gets a Bluetooth connectivity function, a turn-by-turn navigation system and an integrated USB charging option. Moreover, this new variant also gets an instrument cluster that shows gear position indicator, eco mode, tachometer and real time mileage indicator (RTMi). 

Equipped with side-stand engine cut-off  

​​​​​The new Glamour Xtec motorcycle is also equipped with a first in the segment 'side-stand engine cut off along with side-stand visual indication. A bank angle sensor has also been added to it, which shuts down the engine when the bike falls. It gets a 5-step adjustable hydraulic shock absorber suspension at the rear and a 240 mm disc brake at the front. Apart from this, a ground clearance of 180 mm has also been given. 

Better lighting with LED headlamps 

The company has also made many changes in its styling and design in the Glamour Xtec. It features better lighting with LED headlamps. The company has claimed that the Glamour Xtec gives about 34% more lighting than other bikes in this segment. Apart from this, the 3D branding, rim tape and blue accents in the bike make it look even more stylish.
