Bajaj Pulsar N150 Vs P150: Better Value Motorcycle With Changes — Know Features, Price Comparison

The Pulsar N150 going to replace the P150 is a better-value motorcycle with these changes. Know all about the looks, features, and price comparison.

The Pulsar N150 will soon replace the P150 and is now a better-value motorcycle with these changes. Bajaj already has one of the widest product offerings within the competitive 150cc segment and this new N150 takes it closer to the N160 with the same styling while still being a value-packed motorcycle. Think of it being mechanically similar to the earlier P150 but with sharper looks similar to the rest of the range. Compared to the P150, the N150 looks way better with a sportier look including the LED projector headlamp as well as an enlarged tank.

It looks more premium over the P150 while now looking less like a simple commuter. Also with the new colour options, the N150 looks bolder and the blacked-out bits also contrast well. In short, it looks closer to the bigger sibling now.Bajaj Pulsar N150 Vs P150: Better Value Motorcycle With Changes — Know Features, Price Comparison

Things have not changed much in the powertrain department with the engine being a 149.68cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, which is the same as the Bajaj Pulsar P150. Power on offer is 14.3bhp and 13.5Nm along with a 5-speed gearbox.

Elsewhere, you get single-channel ABS with a 260mm disc at the front and a 130mm drum at the rear.

Pricing has been aggressive with the N150 costing Rs 1.18 lakh (ex-showroom) which is nearly the same as the P150. All this has been done to further make the N150 more popular than the P150 with its more youthful styling plus aggressive detailing.

The 160cc is becoming more premium and Bajaj wants to make the 150cc segment more exciting and the N150 is the result of that. The biggest rival to this new Pulsar is the Yamaha FZ-S FI V3 of course.
