Bharat Mobility Global Expo: Vinfast VF3 Could Be The Smallest SUV In India
Auto Expo 2025: The VF3 could be its smallest offering yet and also would be a volume driver since it is a micro SUV along with being electric

Vinfast is making a splash at the Bharat Mobility Global expo with many of its global offerings. However, of most interest is the VF3 mini SUV. If launched, it would be the smallest SUV sold in India and we think Vinfast could make it in India once its plant is underway in Tamil Nadu. Vinfast is a Vietnamese carmaker which makes EVs and would be launching its cars in India.
The VF3 could be its smallest offering yet and also would be a volume driver since it is a micro SUV along with being electric. The VF3 has a length of just 3190mm while having a wheelbase of 2075mm. The VF3 does look radical with SUV proportions but in a tiny body. The SUV also has a single electric motor at the rear developing 43.5hp and 110Nm.
It can be charged via a fast charger while the battery pack is a 18.64kWh lithium-ion battery pack with a claimed range of around 210km. It also has a ground clearance of 190mm. The interior looks spartan but has a large touchscreen with most of the functions while there are plenty of storage spaces around. Do not let the size fool you as space is more than enough while the rear seat is also decently spacious.
The boot is tiny though. Vinfast would first come to India with a CBU route and bring some of its bigger offerings in the premium space while something like this would come once its plant is operational. As of now, the Vinfast VF3 is surely the smallest car at the Expo!
