The Aja Ekadashi has already begun. According to the Panchang, the Ekadashi date commenced at 2:52 PM on August 28, 2024. The fast, following the Udaya Tithi, will be observed on August 29, 2024.

Parana Time For The Fast

The Parana, or breaking of the fast, holds significant importance. It is believed that if the fast is not broken following the proper rules, the full benefits of the fast are not attained. According to the Panchang, the Parana for Aja Ekadashi will take place on August 30, 2024, between 7:49 AM and 8:31 AM. The Harivasara period will conclude at 7:49 AM on this day.
