North Korea denounces US sanctions

Pyongyang [North Korea], Mar 10 (ANI): North Korea on Saturday continued to denounce United States on the issue of sanctions.

Pyongyang issued a statement today that said, "North Korea vows never to bow down to the (US) pressure".

Earlier an opinion piece was published in a North Korean state newspaper Rodong Sinhum, North Korea claimed, "The regime won't bow to military power, sanctions or blockade", as told by Yonhap News agency.

"We won't let Americans determine good and evil according to their own ruler and trample upon justice and truth," the opinion piece argued.

North Korea also described latest sanctions and secondary boycott by Washington to be violating international law and infringed on sovereignty.

It termed the US disciplinary actions as 'very dangerous' which 'might provoke a war'. (ANI)
