UP's SP MLA Nahid Hasan declared fugitive by police

Samajwadi Party MLA Nahid Hasan's troubles started earlier this month when he had a spat with Kairana Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Amit Pal Sharma over a traffic violation. Hasan was allegedly driving an SUV without valid papers and misbehaved with the government servant. But apart from this, there were 12 cases against him. Out of these, non-bailable warrants were issued in four cases. Police said that he had been hiding himself and may have left the place as well
