Triple Talaq petitioner Ishrat Jahan will tie a tri-color rakhi to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Rakshabandhan. Ishrat is travelling to Delhi after a confirmation that she has been given an opportunity to tie the sacred thread around PM Modi's wrist on August 15.
Expressing the joy of meeting him in person for the first time, an elated Ishrat is also carrying rosogollas for the prime minister.
