Thousands of farmers head towards Parliament street

The mega rally include farmers from Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh. These farmers came in trains, buses and other modes of transport converging at the Ramlila ground to join the protest.
These farmers spent the night at the ground before marching to Parliament on Friday. Inside the tents, farmers, both men and women, from all parts of India tried to sleep in a chilly night, while many sat huddled together, discussing strategy and family issues.
