Sourabh Madan, organiser of the Dussehra event in Amritsar still at large

A CCTV footage of Sourabh Madan, the organiser of the Dussehra event in Amritsar where at least 59 people were killed in a deadly accident, has surfaced today, in which Madaan is caught fleeing after the mishap.

Sourabh Madan Mithu was the main organiser of the Dussehra celebration which unfortunately turned into a tragedy. He is the son of Municipal corporation councillor Vijay Madan.

The mother-son duo has gone underground with other family members after the accident.
