Shameful! Karnataka minister throws sports kit from stage | Ghanti Bajao

This video is going viral on the social media.  Karnataka’s Revenue Minister Ravi Deshpande can be seen throwing sport kits at athletes.   

The players were from district, state and national level and the incident occurred during an honor ceremony of the sports athletes in Karwar, Haryana.
