On Rahul Gandhi's tweet after China blocks India's bid to designate JeM Chief Masood Azhar as global terrorist in UNSC 1267 list he asked, "Would the Congress party adopt a different voice even in case of a cruel killer & a global terrorist Masood Azhar?"
