Pleasant weather brings snowfall in North India,while Cyclone Phethai brings trouble in South Master Stroke

The hills of North India i.e. Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand experienced rainy spell between December 11 to 14. During that time, widespread rain and snowfall activities were witnessed over Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh along with isolated higher reaches of Uttarakhand.
