Orange alert in Mumbai as heavy rains lash city
Very heavy rains lashed Mumbai for second consecutive day on Wednesday with most places receiving more than 100 mm of rainfall. The local train services have been hit due to water impoundment at tracks. Three lines including Harbour lines, Central line, Western Line were running 15 minutes late in the morning. The weather department has issued an orange alert keeping in view the torrential downpour, which has flooded most of the residential localities
