What does US secretary of state's visit to India mean for China and Pakistan?

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken's visit to India has raised many eyebrows, especially in neighboring countries China and Pakistan. Blinken is set to meet with PM Modi, EAM S Jaishankar, and NSA Ajit Doval to discuss the strategic issues. Meanwhile, the two countries are expected to discuss the external issues and, joint efforts on making COVID-19 vaccines.
