US spending 11% of the GDP on COVID-19 relief package

Yesterday PM announced Rs 20 lakh crore economic package. The entire world is in the tight grip of the deadly COVID-19. Every country has announced a special package to deal with the novel coronavirus. US is spending 11% of its total GDP to combat the daedly COVID-19. While China, where this virus first emerged has announced the relief package which is equal to 2% of its total GDP.
