Kim Jong Un in a coma, North Korean dictator's sister Kim Yo Jong takes control

North Korean leader and dictator Kim Jong Un has reportedly fallen into a Coma. The claims have been made by a former North Korean official on the basis that some of Kim's power has been ceded to his sister Kim Yo.
