Congress party has received a major setback before the assembly elections in Uttarakhand. Here, EXPELLED leader, Sarita Arya has joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in the presence of Chief Minister, Pushkar Singh Dhami.

With the latest developments, it seems that troubles are likely to mount for the Congress Party in Uttarakhand just before the assembly elections.
