UP Zila Panchayat President Election: Significance of BJP's win

Samajwadi Party has only managed to win 6 seats while others have won 4. BJP has made a clean sweep on all the seats in Bundelkhand. In 22 districts of Uttar Pradesh, district panchayat presidents were declared to have been elected unopposed.
