UP Panchayat Elections: Voting underway in 18 districts; voters flout social distancing norms

Voting in Uttar Pradesh is underway in 18 districts for the Panchayat Elections under tight security. The Election Commission said that at the polling stations, circles will marked at a distance of 6ft to maintain social distancing.
