Tirath Singh Rawat has cited Section 191A of the Representation of the People Act in his resignation and said that he cannot come again after being elected in the next 6 months. The BJP has appointed Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar as an observer to find a new CM. Tomar will reach Dehradun at 11 am on Saturday. BJP Legislature Party meeting will be held in the presence of Tomar.
