Supreme Court sends UP poster dispute to the bench of three judges
The Supreme Court has sent the UP poster dispute to the bench of three judges. It has not been decided in the Supreme Court on legitimacy of posting posters. UP government has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the decision of the Allahabad High Court to remove the poster. The Supreme Court heard the petition of the UP government today. The Allahabad High Court had ordered the government to remove the posters of 57 accused of the Lucknow violence.
