Sharad Pawar Resignation: Sharad Pawar Tuesday said he has decided to step down as the president of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). He made the announcement at a Mumbai event where his book was launched. Pawar said he has decided to take retirement from the position, and announced that a four-member committee will now decide who the next president of the party will be.
