“Shameful” Tamilisai Soundararajan condemns comparison of DMK’s governance to Kamaraj’s rule

AIADMK Organisational Secretary and Former Tamil Nadu Minister D Jayakumar and BJP leader Tamilisai Soundararajan paid floral tribute to Former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Kamaraj’s Statue. On the birth anniversary of former Madras state (now Tamil Nadu) Chief Minister and Congress leader late K Kamaraj, BJP leader Tamilisai Soundararajan said, "If any party who has the right to pay tribute to him (K Kamaraj), it is BJP because Kamaraj's political history was built on development and was uncorrupted. It is very ridiculous that Congress is comparing DMK rule with Kamaraj rule. DMK rule is the murder and liquor model...Kamaraj used to encourage education but DMK motivates murders and drunk people. It is very shameful.”
