West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday paid a surprise visit to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's ancestral residence at Kolkata's Elgin Road where she criticised the Centre's decision to announce January 23 as 'Parakram Diwas'.
