Rajasthan: Chief Whip Mahesh Joshi files plea in SC against HC order

Rajasthan's Chief Whip Mahesh Joshi has moved the SC against the July 24 order of the High Court. The new petition challenges the High Court's Sachin Pilot to stay the decision on disqualification of 19 MLAs.

The High Court had said that no action should be taken in case of disqualification of the MLAs of the Pilot group.

Assembly speaker CP Joshi has already put a petition in the Supreme Court in this case.
