As per the latest update in the obscene videos case, Raj Kundra is the admin of the WhatsApp Group titled 'H account'. This WhatsApp group was used for making deals in the obscene videos case. Other details including profit and loss were also shared in this group. Raj Kundra has been arrested for making pornographic films and publishing them on some apps. A case was registered regarding the shooting of a pornographic film.
